Welcome

Feel free to take a look around, please share this if you find it interesting!

First Edit

I really like the way this came out.

Know This Face?

The contrast really made this one.

The Bride To Be

This turned out much better than I thought it would, really glad she was smiling this one

Remember the Rule of Thirds?

I guess softening the outter edges really helped.

Glad I Had my Camera For This

it wasn't until i got home and saw all the detailed artwork that i really started to like it.

Joan of Arc

A gold plated statue in Paris, I remember how awesome I thought it was when I first saw it

Adding Some Emotion

I may have gone a bit far with the sharpness, but i really wanted to bring out particular features. I like the overall though.

lucky enough to be at the right place, right time, with a camera in hand

Power

I don't really like taking a heavy tone with my blog, but with some material it kinda goes hand in hand. This is a fence that I saw on passing in NY. This is a small, but i think powerful, memorial made by school children for the events on 9/11. Its so simple, so uncostly, and makes a pretty powerful impression.

Back in the Groove of Things

Hey guys, I'm back! So sorry I've been away for so long, but Pharmacy school is brutal. BUT, im looking to get my stride back, kinda like this guy!

*and yea it was a running man to all those that guessed it, you guys are no fun.

On the right Track

Hey guys, I haven't updated in a while, new updates coming soon! thanks for checking in during the downtime

Perspective

Can we get a few guesses for what this might be? hint hint: perspective.

Perfection Through Imperfections

I've been keeping this pic for a while, and i haven't really liked it for a few reasons but i just couldn't get myself to delete it. idk, i think I've stared liking it because it blows

Reachin for the Sky

Been busy now that school's started. A friend of mine liked this.

Im back

Sorry for not updating in days, just been preoccupied with the whole HP touchpad fiasco. But no worries, cuz I've got an update! whatcha think?

NEW LAYOUT!!! WOOHOO!

So, I've revamped the site, i think it really looks better now, lemme know what you guys think.
I've been thinking of using this for something, but really just haven't come up with anything yet. Any ideas? Im sure there's alot of potential here.

Anon requested it

At the request of an anonymous user... this took a bit to get right.

Feeling Small

I'm not sure how it translates with this picture, but I swear, standing next to this thing really does make you feel really small and insignificant.

One of my all time favorites

I talked about being lucky before, lucky enough to be at the right place, right time, with a camera in hand. I count myself VERY lucky to have seen this.

also a cell phone pic

Lets try it without photoshop

So, in the interest of changing things up a bit. I thought I'd share a pic I've taken (more to come) that hasn't been edited in anyway (not even cropped lol). I guess, sometimes you just get lucky enough to see something awesome, and lucky enough to have a camera on hand. not too bad for a cell phone pic

Sure gives the pic some emotion

So, I missed a post yesterday, got a bit busy. BUT it did allow me some extra time to work on this. I may have gone a bit far with the sharpness, but i really wanted to bring out particular features. I think i like it overall.

Joan of Arc. Gold plated statue in paris

I know this one looks kinda lame, but for me it has more to do with sentimental value. It's really not that great of a final piece, but it was one of the first ones I ever worked on, and i remember being so excited when I finally finished it

Glad i had my camera for this

I didn't think much of this shot while taking it, it wasn't until i got home and saw all the detailed artwork that i really started to like it.

what to do?

I really love what's going on in the pic to begin with, the whole giving away the bride and leaving the family thing.
cant wait to get working on this one.

I feel like I should send her this

I finished up, and i dont usually like to toot my own horn but.... Also, i really wish she had been holding something better.

The bride to be

okay guys, im seeing alot of potential for this one. i was thinking about most softening features, and adding some more life to the colors. Any other tips?

...And now it looks like its from a horror movie

So, i kept messing around on photoshop and I think I've come up with something cool. I really like the way the details came out on the pic. Let me know what you guys think, let me know if I should've done something better/different?

From the Palace Gardens in France

okay, so lets go again with this game. here's another pic that i think has potential. any idea on what to do with it

First Edit!

so, its nothing professional, but i kinda like the way it came out.

First Post!

Okay, so for the first post, I thought I could use this place for some input. I've been been messing around on photoshop, seeing if i can do anything worthwhile. So, here is the starting image. Soon I will add the finished product after seeing if i can do anything interesting.
I'd appreciate any ideas for another project using this pic.
